Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
 - 
4 medium zucchinis, turned into noodles with a spiralizer, or peeled into ribbons using a vegetable peeler
 - 
2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 
1 tablespoon soy sauce
 - 
1 clove garlic, minced
 - 
Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Optional toppings: sliced avocado, sesame seeds, chopped green onions, cilantro
Instructions:

Grill Salmon:
 - 
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
 - 
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and brush with some olive oil.
 - 
Grill until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Prepare Zucchini Noodles:
 - 
While the salmon is cooking, heat the remaining olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
 - 
Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
 - 
Add the zucchini noodles and soy sauce, and toss for 2-3 minutes until just softened.
 - 
Assemble and Serve:
 - 
Divide the zucchini noodles between bowls. Place a grilled salmon fillet on top of each.
 - 
Add optional toppings like sliced avocado, sesame seeds, and green onions if desired.
