Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground beef
 - 
1 packet taco seasoning
 - 
Nova lettuce leaves, for serving
 - 
1/2 cup grated cheese (such as feta. cheddar or Monterey Jack)
 - 
1 tomato, diced
 - 
1 avocado, diced
 - 
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and thinly sliced
 - 
Low-Fat Sour cream or Greek Yoghurt, for serving
 
Instructions:

Cook the Beef:
 - 
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
 - 
Drain any excess fat.
 - 
Stir in the taco seasoning and water (according to packet instructions), and simmer until thickened.
 - 
Assemble the Tacos:
 - 
Use Nova lettuce leaves as taco shells.
 - 
Spoon the cooked beef into each leaf, then top with grated cheese, diced tomatoes, and avocado.
 - 
Serve:
 - 
Add a dollop of sour cream on top of each taco and serve immediately.
