Ingredients:

1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated and washed

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup sliced cucumber

1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes

1 avocado, sliced

Dressing:

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until emulsified.

In a large bowl, place the butter lettuce leaves and top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and avocado slices.
