Grilled Peach and Butter Lettuce Salad



Ingredients:

  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated and washed

  • 2 peaches, sliced and pits removed

  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Grill peach slices over medium heat until they have grill marks, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  2. Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the dressing. or order our Bloom Ranch Fig Balsamic Dressing.

  3. Arrange butter lettuce leaves in a large serving dish. Top with grilled peaches, goat cheese, and toasted pecans.

  4. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
