1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated and washed

2 peaches, sliced and pits removed

1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

1/4 cup toasted pecans

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Grill peach slices over medium heat until they have grill marks, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the dressing. or order our Bloom Ranch Fig Balsamic Dressing.

Arrange butter lettuce leaves in a large serving dish. Top with grilled peaches, goat cheese, and toasted pecans.
