- 2 cups Asian mizuna greens, washed and chopped
 - 1 jalapeño, seeded and thinly sliced
 - 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tsp chili powder
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 4 whole-grain tortillas or wraps
 - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
 - 1/2 lime, juiced
 
Instructions:
- Prepare the chicken:
 - Slice chicken breast into strips and season with chili powder, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
 - Cook the chicken:
 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.
 - Remove from heat and set the chicken on a plate aside
 - Sauté jalapeños:
 - In the same skillet, lightly sauté the sliced jalapeños for 1-2 minutes until softened but still vibrant.
 - Assemble the wraps:
 - Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
 - Spread a spoonful of Greek yogurt onto each tortilla.
 - Layer with mizuna greens, cooked chicken strips, and sautéed jalapeños.
 - Drizzle with a squeeze of lime juice for extra flavor.
 - Wrap and serve.
