BLOOM'S BOUNTY
Bloom's Bounty Box only ships within California.
There is flat shipping fee of $20USD per delivery, regardless of how many boxes are shipping in a single order. This shipping fee applies to each subscription delivery.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Regions: We currently ship our products within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or due to high demand, processing times may extend but will be clearly communicated at the time of order.
Shipping Methods: We use major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The available shipping options and costs will be presented during the checkout process.
Delivery Times: Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Typically, orders arrive within 5-7 business days after being shipped. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track your package’s progress.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility: Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at orders@bloomranchofacton.com or call +1 323-388-4828. Please provide your order number, description, and photo of the damaged or defective product. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order has been processed and shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at the contact details provided above.
Changes to Order
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
