Ingredients:

2 cups bok choy, chopped

1 cup turnips, peeled and diced
 - 
4 cups vegetable broth
 - 
2 tbsp miso paste
 - 
1 cup firm tofu, cubed
 - 
1 clove garlic, minced
 - 
1 tsp ginger, grated
 - 
1 tsp sesame oil
 
Instructions:

Prepare broth:
 - 
In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
 - 
Sauté garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes.
 - 
Cook turnips:
 - 
Add diced turnips and cook for 5 minutes.
 - 
Pour in vegetable broth and simmer for 10 minutes until the turnips are fork-tender.
 - 
Add bok choy and tofu:
 - 
Stir in the bok choy and tofu cubes, cooking for another 5 minutes.
 - 
Finish with miso:
 - 
Remove a ladle of broth, dissolve the miso paste in it, and return to the pot.
 - 
Stir well and serve hot.
