Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to check in. A 15-minute grace period will be provided before each tour begins.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
- Guests are able to reschedule 1 time only and must provide 24 hours notice.
- Guests are able to request a refund up to 48 hours before their tour.
- Guests forfeit their tour and payment after a 15-minute grace period.
While we will do our best to accommodate special circumstances when possible.

Arrival Time
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This allows time for parking, check-in, and getting situated before the tour begins.
Check-In Location
Upon arrival, please check-in inside the Bloom Ranch Store. A Bloom Ranch team member will greet you and help direct you from there.
Parking
Parking is available on-site. Please drive slowly once you enter the property, as Bloom Ranch is an active working ranch with guests, staff, animals, vehicles, and farm equipment moving throughout the area.
What to Wear
Bloom Ranch is an outdoor farm environment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. For walking tours especially, please avoid sandals or heels, as some areas may include uneven ground, dirt paths, or rocky terrain.
Weather & Sun Protection
Tours take place outdoors, so please dress for the weather. We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. During warmer months, please also bring water to stay hydrated.
Driving Tours
For guests joining a driving tour, please remain seated while the vehicle is moving and follow all instructions from your tour guide. Children must remain seated and supervised at all times.
Walking Tours
Walking tours may include uneven surfaces, dirt paths, and natural terrain. Please let our team know at check-in if you have any mobility concerns so we can do our best to assist.
Working Ranch Notice
Bloom Ranch is a real working ranch. You may see farm equipment, staff working, animals, irrigation, and active operations during your visit. Please stay with your guide and avoid entering restricted areas.
Restrooms
Restrooms are available on-site. Our team will point them out when you arrive.
Photos & Videos
You are welcome to take photos and videos during your visit. Please be mindful of other guests and avoid entering private or restricted areas for photos.
Food, Drinks & Shopping
We encourage you to stop by the Bloom Ranch store before or after your tour to enjoy seasonal items, fresh produce, baked goods, beverages, and other ranch offerings based on availability.
