In exchange of being permitted to attend or participate in any current or future event or activity organized, hosted, sponsored, operated, or conducted by Bloom Ranch, located at 31880 Aliso Canyon Road, Acton, CA 93510, including but not limited to farm tours, picking activities, festivals, markets, educational programs, community gatherings, private events, agricultural activities, and other related activities (collectively, the "Events and Activities"), I hereby agree as follows:
For purposes of this Release, "Released Parties" means Bloom Ranch and its owners, operators, affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, representatives, partners, agents, volunteers, vendors, contractors, event organizers, and other persons or entities acting on behalf of or in connection with Bloom Ranch.

1. Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk

I, and anyone claiming on my behalf, hereby release and forever discharge the Released Parties, in their individual and/or corporate capacities, from any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or injuries of any nature or kind, known or unknown, arising out of or relating to my attendance at or participation in the Events and Activities, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
I understand that the Events and Activities may involve inherent or unexpected risks, including physical or psychological injury, illness, allergic reactions, insect bites or stings, slips, trips, falls, uneven or unstable terrain, contact with plants or animals, agricultural equipment, vehicles, crowds, food and beverages, weather, heat, and other property- or event-related hazards. Such risks may result in serious injury, disability, illness, property damage, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Weather and Environmental Precautions

I understand that the Events and Activities may take place outdoors and may involve exposure to changing weather and environmental conditions, including heat, sunlight, high temperatures, cold temperatures, humidity, wind, rain, dust, smoke, mud, uneven or slippery conditions, and other environmental conditions. I acknowledge that such conditions may result in dehydration, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, sunburn, cold-related discomfort or illness, slips or falls, dizziness, fainting, illness, or other injury.
I agree to take reasonable precautions for my health and safety, including wearing appropriate clothing, footwear, and weather protection; staying adequately hydrated; taking breaks or seeking shade or shelter as needed; monitoring my physical condition; stopping participation if I feel unwell or unable to safely continue; and following reasonable safety instructions from Bloom Ranch staff or event personnel.
I understand that weather and environmental conditions may change unexpectedly and that Bloom Ranch may modify, delay, suspend, relocate, or cancel Events or Activities for safety, weather, operational, or other reasons. I voluntarily assume the risks associated with changing weather and environmental conditions.

3. Emergency and Medical Assistance

I understand that Bloom Ranch staff or event personnel may contact emergency services or seek reasonable emergency assistance if they believe it is necessary due to an illness, injury, accident, or other emergency involving me. I authorize reasonable emergency assistance to be obtained on my behalf when circumstances warrant it.
I understand that Bloom Ranch does not provide medical services and that I am responsible for my own medical expenses and treatment, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Photo and Media Release

I authorize Bloom Ranch and the Released Parties to photograph, record, videotape, or otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, and participation during the Events and Activities for promotional and business purposes, including social media, websites, advertising, publications, audiovisual presentations, marketing materials, and other Bloom Ranch communications.
I understand that such content will be used in a professional and respectful manner and not knowingly for a defamatory, misleading, or inappropriate purpose. Participation in photo or video documentation is voluntary. I may revoke consent for future use by providing written notice to Bloom Ranch, after which Bloom Ranch will cease future use of my image or associated content to the extent reasonably practicable. I release the Released Parties from claims or liability arising from authorized use of such content as described in this Release.

5. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to my attendance at or participation in the Events and Activities, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Released Party where such exception is required by applicable law.

6. No Admission of Liability

This Release shall not be construed as an admission by Bloom Ranch or any Released Party that it has acted wrongfully, breached any duty, or admitted liability or responsibility to me or any other person.

7. Binding Effect, Severability, and Governing Law

This Release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors, and assigns. I represent that I have the authority to release the claims described in this Release and have not assigned or transferred any such claims to another party.
The provisions of this Release are severable. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning its subject matter and supersedes prior oral or written agreements or understandings concerning that subject matter. It may not be altered, amended, or modified except by a written document signed by the parties.
The terms of this Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

8. Acknowledgment and Voluntary Agreement

I have carefully read this Release and fully understand its provisions, including that I am giving up certain legal rights. I am freely, knowingly, and voluntarily entering into this Release.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and agree to the terms of this Release, including the provisions regarding participation in Events and Activities, assumption of risks, heat and weather precautions, emergency procedures, indemnification, and photo and media consent.
