Each booking is limited to one time slot with a maximum of 4 guests per transaction. If you need to book multiple time slots, please complete separate transactions for each desired slot.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to check in. A 15-minute grace period will be provided before each tour begins.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
- Guests are able to reschedule 1 time only and must provide 24 hours notice.
- Guests are able to request a refund up to 48 hours before their tour.
- Guests forfeit their tour and payment after a 15-minute grace period.
