There’s nothing quite like a slice of homemade comfort — especially when it’s made with Bloom Ranch’s own peaches. Miss Deb’s Peach Cake is a community favorite that fills your kitchen with warmth and nostalgia.
Ingredients:

Bloom Ranch Frozen Peaches (3 lb bag)

1½ cups Sugar (optional – can be left out if desired)

2 teaspoons Nutmeg

1 tablespoon Vanilla Flavoring

¼ cup Butter, melted
-
2½ sticks Butter, melted (for topping)

1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix (any brand will do)
How To Prepare:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large bowl, mix together:

3 lbs Bloom Ranch peaches

1½ cups sugar (optional)

2 tsp nutmeg
-
1 Tbsp vanilla flavoring

¼ cup melted butter
-

Blend ingredients well and pour mixture evenly into a baking pan.

Pour the dry cake mix evenly over the peach mixture.

Melt 2½ sticks of butter and pour evenly over the top.

Bake for 40–45 minutes.

Check after 25 minutes to ensure it’s not browning too fast — if it is, adjust temperature if needed.

- Cake should be golden brown and the peach mixture should be bubbling through the topping.
- Cool slightly and serve warm
