Ingredients:

2 cups Asian Mizuna greens, washed and chopped
 - 
1 cup jumbo basil leaves, washed
 - 
1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
 - 
2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 
2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 
1 tbsp olive oil
 - 
1 tsp sesame seeds
 - 
Serve with steamed brown rice or quinoa
 
Instructions:

Prepare the chicken:
 - 
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
 - 
Marinate with soy sauce and minced garlic in a bowl for 15 minutes.
 - 
Heat the pan:
 - 
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
 - 
Cook the chicken:
 - 
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked and slightly browned.

Add greens:
 - 
Add mizuna greens and jumbo basil.
 - 
Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until the greens are wilted.
 - 
Garnish:

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately over steamed brown rice or quinoa.
