Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This year’s Signature extra virgin olive oil is a special mono-varietal bottling of oil only from Columella olives. Columella olives tend to produce a particularly buttery, smooth, mild, & fruity olive oil. This year’s harvest of these olives was picked and milled late in the season to maximize the sweet, fruity & ripe notes of the fruit. Our signature olive oil is bottled from our favorite batch of the year’s harvest, and is always an oil produced from a single olive varietal. Our olive oils are all made on our family owned & operated farm in the Ojai Valley and are unfiltered, unadulterated, first-press & cold-pressed.
