Return Policy
Return Eligibility: Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at orders@bloomranchofacton.com or call +1 (661) 844-0776. Please provide your order number, description, and photo of the damaged or defective product. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order has been processed and shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at the contact details provided above.
Changes to Order
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
