Contest Rules RAMS - Taste of Soul

OFFICIAL RULES AND TERMS FOR TASTE OF SOUL CONTEST TO WIN TWO TICKETS TO A LOS ANGELES RAMS GAME.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

By participating in this contest, you agree to these official rules:

1. Eligibility: This Contest is open only to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bloom Ranch, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Void where prohibited.
2. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted on Facebook and Instagram during the event hours on October 19, 2024, between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm. All entries must be received by Monday, October 21st, 6:00 pm PST.

How to Enter: There are two ways to enter this Contest:

• In-Person Entry: To enter without a purchase, visit our booth at Taste of Soul Festival, Crenshaw Blvd., between Barack Obama Blvd. and Stocker Ave, Los Angeles, California, USA follow us on either Facebook or Instagram, and post a photo of yourself at the event tagging us in your post on Facebook or Instagram. Each valid post counts as one (1) entry. Only one in-person entry per person is allowed.
• Bloom's Bounty Box Subscription Entry: Subscribe to the Bloom's Bounty Box and receive ten (10) automatic entries into the Contest. Each subscription counts for ten (10) entries. Subscription entries are only valid if the subscription is active during the Contest Period.

4. Prize: The Winner of the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive two (2) tickets to a Los Angeles Rams game. The specific game date and seating will be determined at the discretion of Bloom Ranch. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Bloom Ranch’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of Bloom Ranch. The Winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform (Facebook or Instagram) they used to enter within (2) two days following the Contest's end. Bloom Ranch shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within (2) two days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each valid social media post counts as one (1) entry. Each active subscription to Bloom's Bounty Box counts as ten (10) entries. Purchasing a subscription will increase the odds of winning but is not required.
7. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Contest, you understand and agree that Bloom Ranch, anyone acting on behalf of Bloom Ranch, and Bloom Ranch’s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use in perpetuity your entry, photo, name, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
8. Terms & Conditions: Bloom Ranch reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Bloom Ranch’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such a case, Bloom Ranch may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Bloom Ranch. Bloom Ranch reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Bloom Ranch and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.
10. Disputes: This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Contest, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction.
